Mission 1: Phantom Thieves Strike Again
Being the first mission of the game, Mission 1 is very simple to finish with very little control over your own actions.
Much of the level is on-rails, making you perform very specific movements and actions until the end of the level.
Something that you might not achieve on your first playthrough is the Award for completing the mission within 3 turns. Luckily for you, we’ll tell you how to do just that!

How to beat Mission 1 in Persona 5 Tactica
Turn 1
Actions 1, 2 and 3:
You’ll be forced to move Joker, Ryuji and Morgana into position behind some obstacles and shoot at the enemy in front of you.
Carry this out as required and defeat the first enemy.
Turn 2
Action 1:
You’ll be told to move Morgana beside the next enemy.
When there, you’ll be required to use a melee attack to knock the enemy back.
Actions 2 and 3:
You’ll next need to move Joker behind an obstacle on the right.
Once behind it, you’ll need to shoot the foe, gaining a “One More”.
With your One More, shoot the enemy again to wipe it out.
When this enemy is taken out, two more foes will spawn.
Action 4:
You’ll only have Ryuji left to use.
Move him forward to stand beside the stone obstacle near where the previous enemy died.
Shoot at the closest enemy to chip away some damage.
Turn 3
Action 1:
Move Joker up and to the side of the enemy on the right.
Use a melee attack to deals some damage and take it out of its cover.
Action 2:
Move Morgana up and to the side of the enemy on the left – the one that Ryuji shot in the previous turn.
That will break this enemies cover as well.
Action 3:
Now Ryuji’s on clean up detail.
Shoot the enemy directly in front of you, killing it and gaining a One More in the process.
Action 4:
Move Ryuji over to Joker, in range of the final enemy.
Shoot the enemy to deal a good amount of damage, and gain another One More. Shooting it will also make sure it definitely stays within Ryuji’s range.
Action 5:
Deal the killing blow on the enemy however you’d like to finish the stage!
By utilizing Joker and Morgana’s melee attacks, you get more out of your final turn with Ryuji, helping you clear this level within the 3 turns required to earn you all 3 rewards!
