Persona 5 Tactica - Mission 6 Guide

Persona 5 Tactica: How to beat Mission 6

Mission 6: Attack from On High

Mission 6 is where Triple Threat All-Out Attacks are introduced to you.

These all out attacks are similar in principle to the main Persona 5 game. However, a few modifications have been made to the technique.

An all-out attack isn’t necessarily a screen nuke in Tactica (although it could be in the right circumstances).

Persona 5 Tactica - All-Out Attack (Triple Threat)

To trigger an all-out attack, you’ll first need to down an enemy; once downed, you’ll need to make sure that your party are surrounding the downed foe from all sides.

To get the most from your all-out attacks, you’ll need to spread your teammates as far apart as you can. This is because it isn’t just the downed enemy that feels the wrath of your attack, it’s every enemy caught in the crossfire.

With this new mechanic at your disposal, you’ll need to start thinking through your moves more carefully, making sure your units are in ideal positions at all times and you do what you can to cover as much ground in a single turn as you can to unleash mass destruction.

For this mission, I found it better to have the team perform a two-pronged approach on the field.

Joker’s Eiga was an important skill to have to help clear the board from a distance.

The same is true for Erina’s Mosser. While Erina doesn’t have a lot of utility in this mission, her weapon makes he indispensable.

I toyed back and forth with the idea of giving Morgana Magaru over Garula. I felt that a guaranteed kill was the better choice, so I decided on Garula in the end.

How to beat Mission 6 in Persona 5 Tactica

Turn 1

Opening Actions:

The opening to this level forces you to place your character in specific positions and follow a script of actions.

The final product, an introduction to All-Out Attacks!

Action 2:

Following the all-out attack, take Morgana down within range of the two enemies closest to him.

When in range, use a Garula against the enemy on the left. This should deal enough damage to take it out.

Action 3:

With Erina’s turn, move her to the wall of barricades up from her. If you place her behind the full barrier to the left of the three sets of sandbags.

Here, she will be able to shoot the two enemies on the back right.

Following Erina’s shot, this should draw the two enemies in closer so they all end up in a row together.

Turn 2

Action 1:

Begin with Morgana and have him wrap around to perform a melee attack against the remaining enemy.

Action 2:

For Joker, he will be able to wipe out the three enemies all lined up with a single Eiga.

If any withstand the attack, you’ll have Erina on hand to clean up – gaining One Mores after attacking either foe.

Action 3:

If all goes well, you should only have a single enemy remaining – the one you attacked with Morgana.

Unfortunately, it’ll be out of reach from Erina for now. So you’ll have to end your turn.

Turn 3

Action 1:

It’s simply clean up now.

With any characters that you prefer, take them in range of the final foe and take them out however you’d like.

Persona 5 Tactica - Mission 6: Cleared Screen (All Awards)

The introduction of all-out attacks will massively switch up strategy for future missions, however, for it’s debut mission, I found very little opportunity to implement it!

I feel that there is a way to better optimize this mission on the first attempt, but for the time-being, this was the best that I could do.

Did this guide help you? Or do you reckon you could clear this route more optimally on a first run?
