Objectives for Quest 1: Quietly Storming the Castle
Victory Conditions: Defeat all enemies within 2 turns
Failure: Fail to win in 2 turns or all allies wiped out.
Rewards for Quest 1
For clearing Quest 1 in Persona 5 Tactica, you will earn 20 GP for both Ann and Futaba.
Recommended Party Setup for Quest 1

Ann and Morgana are your heavy hitters for this Quest. As such, the third party member doesn’t massively matter. Their only real purpose is to facilitate an All-Out Attack. I ran with Erina purely because she was already in the team.
If you use Erina, make sure you have her Great Partisan ability to attack multiple shadows at once. If you have Joker, his standard Eiha will be fine, but upgrading to Eiga will help with damage output.
Having Magaru on Morgana will help at breaking the cover of multiple shadows at once.
Burn Boost will allow Ann to deal huge damage to enemies without burning through her SP.
Recommended Personas for Quest 1
No Personas are essential to help beating Quest 1.
For higher difficulties, a Persona with the Salt in the Wound ability may be helpful to place on Joker if you have him on the team for the quest. This will help increase damage dealt against enemies inflicted with burns from Ann’s Agi.
How to beat Quest 1 in Persona 5 Tactica
You’re required to clear the quest in no more that 2 turns, however, with the right approach, you can clear the quest in just a single turn.
Turn 1
Action 1:
Start the Quest by bringing Morgana over to the enemies on the right.
Use Magaru on them to break their cover.
Action 2:
Bring Ann over to Morgana and use Agi against the same foes to take them out.
This will give Ann a One More.
Action 3:
With her One More, take Ann up to the top set of enemies that were on the left from the starting position. Make sure you’re tucked in the corner.
Have Ann use Agi against the stronger pair of enemies in the blockade. They’re the ones closer to the starting position.
Action 4:
With your 3rd party member, mine was Erina, bring yourself into the corner on your left – line yourself up with Ann.
Use an AOE attack against the two enemies that Ann previously attacked.
This will down them, granting you a One More.
Action 5:
With how you’re positioned, during your One More, you’ll be able to perform an all-out attack.
Perform it, and this should take out the remaining enemies of this wave.
Taking out that set of enemies will cause two new foes to spawn over near where you left Morgana.
After they’ve spawned in, it will effectively reset your turn, giving everyone their actions back to continue fighting.
Action 6:
These enemies can be dealt with in the exact same way you handled the first pair of enemies in this position.
Use Morgana and cast Magaru to break their covers.
Action 7:
Take Ann back over to Morgana and finish the enemies off with an Agi.
If they don’t quite get taken out, you’ll have a One More to attack them again!
When those two are defeated, you’ll clear the Quest.
The all-out attack really helps to speed up this quest. It’s certainly possible to clear the enemies out with the 2 turns required, but the all-out attacks brings that count down to one.
