In Persona 3 Reload, the Devil Social Link is with the shady salesman, Tanaka, from Tanaka’s Amazing Commodities.
You begin the Social Link being taken on as Tanaka’s apprentice of sorts in exchange for you not ruining his image.
Tanaka can be found at the Paulownia Mall. He is available on Tuesdays and Saturdays, during the evening.
How to unlock the Devil Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
To unlock the Devil Social Link, you’ll need to reach Rank 4 with the Hermit Social Link – when you reach this Rank, you’ll be told about a man that hangs around in Paulownia Mall on the evenings.
You’ll need your Charm to be at least Smooth before Tanaka will start speaking with you, and you’ll also need ¥40,000 before the Social Link officially starts.
When your Charm is high enough, you’ll need to give him ¥20,000; then have to come back and speak with him another day.
The next time you speak with him, he’ll ask for a further ¥10,000. You’ll have to come back another day to continue again.
The final time you speak with him, you’ll need to give him the final ¥10,000. Hear him out when given the option and then you’ll start the Devil Social Link.

What do you get for Maxing the Devil Social Link in Persona 3 Reload?
When you reach the end of the Devil Social Link, Tanaka will give you his signature as a keepsake.
This will unlock the ability to fuse Beelzebub in the Velvet Room.
You’ll also need to have Tanaka’s autograph in order to complete Elizabeth’s Request #41.
