In Persona 3 Reload, from 6/18 onward throughout the game you’ll occasionally be contacted by Elizabeth to inform you that someone has gotten lost in Tartarus and they need SEES to rescue them.
The game typically gives your new missing people in the same pattern during a moon cycle.
You’ll be contacted around the middle of a cycle to be told about the first person or people lost in Tartarus, but then towards the end of the cycle, you’ll find that another person or people have also gotten lost.
Each missing person will stay in Tartarus right up to their deadline dates. So if you’re looking to optimize your day-to-day activities in Persona 3 Reload, then you’re safe to leave every missing person until the last possible day of each phase and save everyone in one visit.
There are a total of 20 missing people in the game. This guide will tell you when each of these people first become available to rescue, their deadline, the floor they can be found on, and the reward you get for rescuing them.

What happens if you don’t rescue a Missing Person in Persona 3 Reload?
For the most part, you will not be punished for failing to rescue a missing person in Persona 3 Reload. You will simply receive a call from Elizabeth following the deadline saying they have become victims to the Lost.
There are, however, two notable exceptions: Bunkichi Kitamura and Maiko Oohashi.
These two are members of the Hierophant and Hanged Social Links, respectively. Failing to rescue these characters without having completed the Social Link first will result in the Social Link breaking and you will no longer be able to progress with them.
Make sure, if you’re going to rescue any people from Tartarus, you at least rescue these two.
What do you get for rescuing every missing person in Persona 3 Reload?
There is no reward that you’ll earn for rescuing all 20 of the people that get lost in Tartarus, however, you’ll have been collecting individual rewards for each person that you rescue.
Many of these rewards can be extremely helpful to you and your experience in Persona 3 Reload, so it’s highly recommended to save everyone you can.
