In Persona 3 Reload, the Empress Social Link is with Mitsuru. She is one of the Social Links that you are able to romance.
Mitsuru’s Social Link explores the pressures she is under as the heiress to the Mitsuru Group organisation.
Mitsuru can be found at the school on the 1F Faculty Hallway. She is available every school day after school. She will also be available the week prior to exams.
How to unlock the Empress Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
You will only be able to access Mitsuru’s Social Link from 11/21 onwards.
In order to start her Social Link you will need to have maxed out your Academics social stat. However, as soon as both of these criteria are met, you can begin her Social Link straight away.

What do you get for Maxing the Empress Social Link in Persona 3 Reload?
When you reach the end of the Empress Social Link, Mitsuru will give you a key to her motorcycle as a keepsake.
This will unlock the ability to fuse Alilat in the Velvet Room.
