In Persona 3 Reload, the Hermit Social Link is with another player, Maya, on an MMO you receive from Junpei.
This Social Link explores Maya’s frustrations with adult life and feeling the need to put up a facade when around other, more mature, adults.
Maya is only available on Sundays or during School Breaks during the daytime, and can be accessed through the laptop in your dorm room.
How to unlock the Hermit Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
The Hermit Social Link will become accessible after first obtaining the Innocent Sin Online game from Junpei on 4/28.
You can begin the Social Link by playing the game once – your first opportunity will be the following day: 4/29.

What do you get for Maxing the Hermit Social Link in Persona 3 Reload?
When you reach the end of the Hermit Social Link, Maya will write you a message in game that you take a picture of for your phone background.
This will unlock the ability to fuse Arahabaki in the Velvet Room.
