In Persona 3 Reload, the Magician Social Link is the first Social Link that you have the freedom to complete at your own pace.
The Social Link is with Kenji Tomochika, your classmate from Class 2-F. He’s interested in older, more mature, women. He currently has his sights set on one of the teachers at Gekkoukan High.
Tomochika is available After School on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, except for the week prior to exams.
How to unlock the Magician Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
The Magician Social Link is first unlocked automatically as your introduction to the concept of Social Links outside of your S.E.E.S teammates. You start the Magician Social Link on 4/22.

When you reach the end of the Magician Social Link, Tomochika will give you a Handmade Choker as a keepsake.
This will unlock the ability to fuse Futsunushi in the Velvet Room.
