Bebe wants to stay in Japan permanently, so he hatches a plan to convince his family to let him stay here.
Bebe is found hanging out in the corridor just outside your classroom. He is available after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except for the week prior to exams and school breaks.
How to unlock the Temperance Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
To unlock the Temperance Social Link, you’ll need to reach Rank 3 with the Hierophant Social Link to meet Bebe in the Bookworms store.
After meeting Bebe for the first time, he’ll start being present in the Fashion Club. However, you’ll need at least Average Academics to be able to decipher his handmade sign.
After you’ve met these two requirements, you’ll be able to access the Home Economics Room to begin the Social Link with Bebe.

When you reach the end of the Temperance Social Link, Bebe will give you a money pouch made from the left over materials from his yukata as a keepsake.
