In Persona 3 Reload, the Tower Social Link is with the drunken Monk, Mutatsu.
Mutatsu will talk about life and the regrets he’s had that’s led to where he is at this point in his life.
Mutatsu can be found on the second floor of Club Escapade at Paulownia Mall, on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
How to unlock the Tower Social Link in Persona 3 Reload
To unlock the Tower Social Link, you’ll first need to reach Rank 4 with the Strength Social Link – you can find our full Strength guide here.
After reaching Rank 4 with Yuko, speak to her when she is next available and she will tell you about the Monk that hangs around in Club Escapade.
Be aware that you’ll need to have increased your courage up to Tough before you’re able to enter the club.
Unfortunately, this still isn’t enough yet. Mutatsu won’t speak to you until he gets his drink.
Speak to the bartender on the ground floor – he’s in the waistcoat beside the bar. To progress you’ll need to take the orders of 4 people in the club and deliver them the correct drinks.

Once you correctly taken the four drinks orders, you’ll be able to take Mutatsu his drink to start the Social Link.

When you reach the end of the Tower Social Link, Mutatsu will give you the reserve tag for his usual table as a keepsake.
This will unlock the ability to fuse Chi You in the Velvet Room.
