What you need to do?
For this page, you will need to get the Butler arrested.
The main stipulations for the page though, are that the Duchess needs to be the one to get him arrested and the Butler will need to have committed a crime before the Detective can make the arrest.

How to do it
Panel 1
Start with the Gun scene and have the Butler steal the gun from the stand.
Panel 2
Use a Witness scene and place the Duchess behind the painting.
Panel 3
Place a Ballroom scene and have the Butler shoot the Duke.
Panel 4
Place another Ballroom scene and have the Duchess tell the Detective about the Butler’s crime.
Panel 5
Use one final Ballroom scene to have the Detective arrest the Butler.
Storyteller – Duchess Gets Butler Arrested…but the Duke isn’t home
The same stipulations still apply to this optional objective: The Duchess needs to tip off the Detective, but a crime will need to be committed so he can make the arrest.
The Duke doesn’t appear this time. So, someone else will need to take one for the team.
How to do it
Panel 1
Start the same as the base puzzle: using a Gun scene to have the Butler steal the gun.
Panel 2
Have the same Witness scene with the Duchess.
Panel 3
Place a Ballroom scene with the Butler. Now the Duchess knows the Butler has the gun.
Panel 4
Place another Ballroom scene and have the Duchess tell the Detective that the Butler has the gun.
Panel 5
Use another Ballroom scene and have the Butler shoot the Duchess.
Panel 6
Using one final Ballroom scene, have the Detective arrest the Butler.
