They All Die is the Devil variation of Chapter 13’s Tiny and Hatey Wait Forever.
While you’ll find it easy to kill one of the duo, it’s the second of the pair that may cause you some trouble.

How to do it
There are only Wait scenes for this puzzle, so it’s implied that you’ll need to place a Wait scene in every panel.
Panel 1
Begin by placing the Devil to have his chop the tree so it’s being held up by a fiber.
Panel 2
Place Tiny and have the tree fall on top of him.
Panel 3
Bring the Devil back and water the remaining tree stump.
Panel 4
The Devil sure does love this stump. Bring him back again to water the sprout some more.
Panel 5
Have the Devil carve down the tree once more.
Panel 6
Conclude by having the tree fall on Hatey.
