What you need to do?
The Queen is out for blood in this puzzle.
At heart, she’s a loving Queen that would hurt any of her loyal subjects (I think). So, something will need to drive her to take the heads of the two men.
I’m sure you’re pretty familiar with how to approach the Baron by this point. It’s the Knight that might be a little more tricky.
There, you’re going to have to make the Queen get a little conniving.

How to do it
Panel 1
Start with a Cliff scene and have the Baron kill the Queen.
Panel 2
Use a Throne scene and crown the Knight.
Panel 3
Place a Revive scene and bring the Queen back from the dead.
Panel 4
Use a Wedding scene to marry the Knight and the Queen.
What a happy look in the Queen’s eye.
Panel 5
Like clockwork, use an Execute scene to have the Queen behead the Knight.
Panel 6
Finish with another Execute scene for the Queen to exact revenge on the Baron
