What you need to do?
There are four characters in this story including Edgar. To finish it, all three of the other characters will need to reject Edgar.
At this point in the game, all the characters are pretty flexible with their attraction, so unless you take the proper precautions someone will accept Edgar.
Regardless, this puzzle is flexible with how you position some of the scenes, so there are a number of ways you can structure this one

How to do it
As stated above, there are a couple of structures you could use to succeed with this puzzle, so here is the route I took.
Panel 1
Using a Wedding scene, marry any two of the three characters that aren’t Edgar. I used Lenora and Isobel.
Panel 2
Next, using another Wedding scene, have Edgar confess to either Lenora or Isobel.
Panel 3
Use yet another Wedding scene to have Edgar confess to the other married character.
Panel 4
Add a Death scene to kill either Lenora or Isobel.
Panel 5
Use a Wedding scene to marry the widowed spouse to Bernard.
Panel 6
Use the final Wedding scene to have Bernard reject Edgar.
