For the Dog to come back to enact revenge, it’ll need to die through unfortunate means.
However, no one kills a dog for the sake of it, so you’ll need to establish a motive – not necessarily a strong motive, but a motive all the same.

How to do it
Panel 1
Begin with an Affair scene and pair Isobel and Bernard together.
Panel 2
Use another Affair scene. Place Isobel in the bush observing Bernard with the Dog.
Panel 3
Use a Cliff scene to have Isobel literally kick the Dog off the edge.
Panel 4
Use a Revive scene to bring the Dog back.
Panel 5
Finish with a final Cliff scene and have the Dog get its revenge against Isobel.
