What you need to do?
The Family scenes only work to declare a character someone’s Mother or Father, it can’t be used to instantly declare someone a sibling. Therefore, you’re going to need to be creative in how you use them.

How to do it
Panel 1
Begin with a Family scene and have Hatey declare that he is Tiny’s father.
Panel 2
Use another Family scene and have Hatey declare that he is also Greeny’s father. This now makes Tiny and Greeny brothers.
Panel 3
Use a Fight scene to have Hatey and Greeny fall out.
Panel 4
Place a Cliff scene and have Hatey push Greeny off the edge.
Panel 5
Use a Seance scene to have the ghost of Greeny tell Tiny that Hatey killed him.
Panel 6
Use a final Cliff scene to have Tiny take revenge on Hatey.
